When your ex-tear triceps tendon doesn't holding right, I heard 'cracking' in elbow joint, that's bad. Hope it's ok....

I write this blog at 2:04 am during ramadhan month, which mean it is a time to eat something to prepare myself for fasting. But something happen. Yeah, I don't know why so much "ada-ada aja" suka dateng gak jelas to me. Hehe
My right hand, especially at the arm, that've been broken (look at my previous post), was sounded 'cracking' and feels so nyeri as an impact of holding body move incorrectly. I hope everything is okay.
Less than 2 months ago, I got orthopedy rontgen for my right hand and right feet. First, just want to checked up a condition of mine. Second, I want to know how's my right arm bone and muscle look, after 13 years surgery. I came into orthopedy specialist doctor at the well-known hospital in Surabaya and got X-ray photo.

Btw, I suggest you jangan googling triceps tendon deh. Serem wehehe, itulah kalo putus tendon gitu resikonya, and mine it's tears some millimeter, that was horrible.
Then, the result is made the doctor spontaneously interesting to my case. At the elbow joint of my hand, which are it is most horrible damage back then, was growing good enough following the contour of broken joint. It is fit enough. But wait, the doctor tells me that my articular cartilage, trochlea, trochlear notch, ocleranon, and etc *I am not medical student so plz just try to figure it out by yourself :p* was at imperfect shaping. Yea, I know the most perfection things in this world is imperfections.
That shape caused my capacity to hold the weight of every move that I take with my hand is depending to my imperfect-elbow-joint. So they're stressed and sometimes I feel the pain's there.
To reduce the pain and the stressed joint tendon. the doctor recommends me to go to the gym and working out, so my muscle can grow bigger and helps the joint.
But, unfortunately, in my case, I got my triceps tendon tears in few millimeters, and it's not repair yet due to the risks. The effect of weight training is not good enough (I was on the gym for 18 months, at 5 years ago), beside my triceps got bigger, my forearm extensor muscle hold it and grow with the pain. I am not feels better.
Naaah, jadi about an hour ago I was doing some little exercise at the bedroom. Terus kejadian deh, ada-ada aja accident. Now I am feeling some pain, I guess my ulnar collateral ligament ketarik nih. Atau elbow joint nya yang agak ada sesuatu.
